When diagnosed with breast cancer (now seven years cancer free), owner Leslie McCarthy took a
hiatus from the retail business and began enrolling in art classes, to nourish her mind, body and soul.
She continues traveling around the country meeting other artists, learning new and fun
techniques, and "playing" so she can share her happiness with you!

The Studio of Making Ends Meet began when Leslie decided that playing with fabrics, fibers, trims,
found objects, paper, dyes, various mediums, and so on... was so fulfilling that sharing it would
be fun, and she could "play" every day!!

We hope that our creativity is contagious, and that we always inspire you to play!!
