We appreciate your loyalty and business, and we strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. Please take your time reading through the following In-Store Purchase Policy, which is subject to change at anytime without prior notification. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Should there be any mistakes caused by someone else other than you and/or should there be any circumstances beyond your control that negatively affect your purchase, then, based on each circumstance, we have the sole and full right to decide what to do to solve your problem.
PAYMENT METHOD
For in-store purchases, we accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and Discover as well as personal checks & cash.
Obtaining Samples of Fabrics and/or Trims:
Fabric sample:
We do not give free samples/swatches of our fabrics, due to the fact that many of them are not re-orderable. If you would like a sample, you must purchase 1/8 yard swatch. You will be charged for 1/8 yard at whatever the fabric price is. If you do not wish to purchase 1/8 yd of the fabric, we will allow you to check the fabric out and take it home for 3 business days to see if you like it.
All that we require is a valid drivers license, credit card, and telephone numbers.
Trim Sample:
You can get a sample of most of our trims free of charge (some trims are excluded).
PRODUCT PRICES AND SELECTIONS
Product prices and selections on makingendsmeet.com or makingendsmeetky.com may vary from product prices and selections at Making Ends Meet store. We have the right to set up, manage, and/or modify the differences in prices and selections between our store and our online store without advanced notification. We have no liability for any price differences nor for any differences in selections.
PRICE INCREASE
Due to matters beyond our control, product prices may increase without advanced notification.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT
Availability of each product is subject to change without prior notification. Some products can be re-ordered, some cannot. We have no liability on any products that become unavailable and/or discontinued, even when it is marked “re-orderable.” All of the products featured online are also available at our store. Each item is available on a "First Come First Serve" basis. For this reason, we cannot put any of the internet products on hold.
DISCONTINUED PRODUCT
We reserve the right to change and discontinue any product featured on our website or in our store at any time without advanced notice to you (even if the product is still available on the market). If the product becomes discontinued after you submitted your order—which is beyond our control—we will do our best to solve this problem. The final decision is at our discretion.
OUR RIGHT TO LIMIT QUANTITIES
We also reserve the right to limit quantities of products, should we perceive this action is necessary, even after you have submitted your order. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. We will then contact you to discuss the next best solution. The final decision is at our discretion.
POSSIBILITIES OF UNINTENTIONAL ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct any errors and/or omissions, and to update information at any time without prior notice to you. In any case where corrections and/or updates occur after you have submitted your order online, we will do our best to solve this problem.
